At Paramount, our finance teams play a critical role in supporting our global business. As an Analyst, Intercompany, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely accounting, analysis, and reporting of Paramount Global’s intercompany transactions. You’ll work closely with international subsidiaries and cross-functional partners while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Paramount’s international subsidiaries and Paramount Tax on legal entity agreements and intercompany transactions

  • Ensure timely invoicing of service fee recharges in line with intercompany arrangements

  • Monitor parked intercompany transactions and actively drive resolution of open items

  • Prepare monthly intercompany accrual journal entries

  • Perform quarterly inter/intracompany account reconciliations

  • Follow up on intercompany imbalances, assign corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution

  • Prepare operational metrics showing the status of intercompany reconciliations and discuss progress with management

  • Confirm intercompany balances with other Paramount divisions and research and resolve discrepancies

  • Support internal, PWC, and tax audits by responding to information requests

  • Ensure key controls are in place and operating effectively in compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

  • Participate in the migration of additional accounting activities and processes into RTR

  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by standardizing and harmonizing migrated processes

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

  • Prepare financial and operational metrics for assigned areas

  • Provide accounting support to Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash teams

  • Contribute to special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or close to completion)

  • Relevant experience in an accounting role is an advantage

  • Strong and up-to-date accounting knowledge (US GAAP and/or IFRS)

  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles and processes

  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders

  • Strong business English skills, both written and spoken (B1/B2 or above)

  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong time and task management skills

  • Structured, analytical thinking with attention to detail

  • Positive, can-do attitude and cooperative approach

  • Willingness to form, articulate, and defend professional opinions

  • Problem-solving mindset with an interest in innovation and improvement

  • Good communication skills, including willingness to present within workgroups

  • Awareness of risk management and process controls
