Apply for the position of Licensing Manager – Retail & Marketing!

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute retail and marketing strategies for licensed consumer products.

• Drive sell-in and sell-through performance through retail activation, promotions and marketing programs.

• Identify retail opportunities to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.

• Work closely with retail partners and licensees to plan and execute marketing initiatives and strengthen long term collaboration.

• Develop customized retail marketing and activation plans across multiple CEE/CIS markets.

• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

• Lead retail marketing campaigns, POS development, in-store activations and events.

• Manage or support marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and ROI.

• Coordinate approvals for marketing materials and campaigns.

• Analyze retail performance, sales data and consumer behavior.

• Monitor market and competitor activity.

• Prepare performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, CP, Legal/BALA and Operations. (creative too)

• Support global and local launches and initiatives.

• Drive process improvement and best-practice sharing.

We are looking for people who have:

• 4+ years’ experience in retail marketing, CP licensing or brand management.

• Strong understanding of retail environments and marketing execution.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Fluency in English

• Analytical mindset with strong reporting capability.
