We now have a permanent full-time on-site role based in our Sydney office (Pyrmont) as a Sales Systems Support (SSS) & Training Administrator.

Enough about us! What you’ll do in this role:

The SSS Training Administrator is responsible for helping the broadcast and digital Sales teams navigate the systems required to perform their roles as seamlessly as possible, providing training and troubleshooting issues that may arise. Working as part of a small team, you’ll be a fast learner who is confident in dealing with people both 1:1 and in small groups.

You may be working in media sales but sees their future in a role that is more behind the scenes rather than frontline sales. We’re a fun, dynamic media business with great people across the business doing amazing work.

Functions will also include:

  • Management of shared inbox used to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • First level application support to Sales teams and escalating when required
  • Training new Sales staff in the systems they will use and best practices.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with internal and external parties
  • Ensure compliance with Paramount’s Global Business Conduct Statement (BCS), all internal policies and procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for:

Ideal Experience:

  • 1+ experience in Broadcast media or Digital media
  • Used to working within a fast-past environment
  • Customer service-based role

Skills/Knowledge:

  • A customer-focused, sales orientated approach to meeting client expectations
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office – especially Excel
  • Very strong attention to details, well organised, flexible, timely and accurate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot problems on the fly, adapting and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to build great relationships, approachable and helpful

Preferred but not essential:

  • Previous media experience would be great, but not essential
  • Exposure to IBMS and/or Salesforce or Operative One applications would be an advantage
