We’re looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Content & Marketing finance team in Budapest.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support and delivering financial insights that drive business objectives. You will leverage your understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to evaluate the performance of programming and marketing business across international markets.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver financial analysis to support business decisions

• Create and maintain advanced Excel models (forecasting content & marketing spend)

• Support budgeting and planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, long-range)

• Partner with Programming & Marketing teams across international markets

• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

• Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes

• Contribute to system transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion

• Drive process improvements and ad hoc analysis

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in finance / FP&A

• Strong Excel skills (complex models, pivot tables, Power Query, macros)

• Experience with Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP like SAP / Hyperion)

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a changing industry and organizational landscape.

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Experience in media / entertainment
