Overview:

Paramount+, the streaming service from Paramount, has an exciting opportunity for a Media Budget Operations Manager to join the Streaming Media team. As the central hub for all paid media efforts at Paramount+, the Streaming Media team manages service-sell campaigns, annual media partnerships, first-to-market executions, and on-device and performance media.
This role will be a key member of the team in helping to manage the Paramount+ marketing budget and processes related to forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and other special projects. This position reports to the Senior Director, Media Strategy.

Responsibilities:

Track invoices for the marketing department.
Lead the consolidation of monthly expense forecasting documents.
Liaise with media channel owners, creative team, and key internal marketing partners to gather expense information.
Prepare expense and forecast documents for senior executive team as well as the Finance teams to identify potential changes in our budget.
Develop and optimize budgeting processes that consolidate large data sets.
Track expenses and invoices to update marketing budget accordingly.
Assist with expense reconciliation for month/quarter and ensure marketing costs reports are submitted timely.
Develop new tracking and reporting templates; helping to prepare tools and processes for future planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree.
4+ years experience working in financial planning & analysis.
Proven track record in financial analysis and creating invoice reports.
Advanced usage of Google Sheets and Excel to maintain large spreadsheets and trackers.
Proficiency in SQL to run queries in obtaining expense data from backend tables.
Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce.

Great oral and written communications skills with keen attention to detail.
Comprehending and experience with expense softwares.
Proficient interest in entertainment content, sports and live events.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Hiring Salary Range: $86,000.00 - 115,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
