Overview and Responsibilities

The PTP Associate for the disbursement team is a very important role in our PTP organization. In this role, you will process payments for our production and non-production vendors in Oracle and SAP, while assisting the suppliers and business with inquiries through our internal customer service tool, Ramp Up (part of Service Now). You will report directly into our PTP Director and be a part of a global team located in the US, Hungary, Israel, Buenos Aires, Chile and Australia.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process disbursements for all divisions in SAP and Oracle

• Monitors/handles customer service inquiries in Rampup (Service Now module)

• Issue manual IT2 wire payments

• Manage the payment approval process, where required by country
