Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Design the product’s visual language, interaction patterns, and overall user experience to meet high standards of usability and aesthetics. - Collaborate with product management and engineering to define user scenarios, stories, and priorities, ensuring design excellence is upheld throughout the development lifecycle. - Define and create innovative UX concepts grounded in a deep understanding of end-user needs, workflows, and pain points. - Organize, contribute to, and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product portfolio. - Create visually polished, production-ready design components that align with our established design system and brand guidelines. - Work collaboratively with engineering teams, providing clear guidance and detailed specifications to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Proactively collaborate and exchange information with cross-functional teams to accomplish shared objectives and ensure design alignment. Qualifications Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in UX/Product design for complex, enterprise-level web applications. - A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual, interface, and interaction design for complex products. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, advanced prototyping, and variables. - Proven ability to execute design projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience contributing to or maintaining large-scale design systems. - Experience designing for security products or complex B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms. - Demonstrated experience as a collaborative team player, open to receiving and providing constructive feedback. - High adaptability to changing requirements with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
