The Sales Operations team enables the Sales organization by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate reporting, and timely support. We focus on CRM data integrity, operational ticket resolution, reporting delivery, and continuous process improvement to help sales teams operate efficiently and effectively.
Job Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for managing operational support requests, maintaining Salesforce (SFDC) data accuracy, building recurring reports and dashboards, and supporting incremental process enhancements.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured operational work, resolving user issues, working closely with data, and supporting sales teams through consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end Sales Operations support management, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.
- Provide first-level CRM (Salesforce) support and escalate complex system or process issues as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring operational reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and validation across pipeline, forecast, and bookings reporting.
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity through ongoing monitoring, audits, and hygiene initiatives.
- Document and standardize sales operational processes, identifying opportunities for incremental improvements.
- Support implementation of process enhancements and maintain updated SOP documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Deal Desk, Enablement, and IT to ensure operational alignment and cadence support.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Reporting Support roles.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data validation, basic dashboards).
- Experience working with ticketing or case management systems.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to manage routine operational tasks with consistency and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience building dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Familiarity with SLA tracking and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience documenting SOPs and process workflows.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region sales teams
