Job Summary
As the Sr Strategic Analytics and Operations Manager, you will hold a pivotal, high-visibility role as a direct thought partner to senior leadership. You will use data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges, leading high-impact initiatives that shape corporate strategy and drive operational excellence. This role is ideal for an analytical leader who excels at structuring problems and is passionate about delivering tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-value strategic initiatives by structuring complex business problems, developing hypotheses, and delivering clear, compelling recommendations to executives.
- Develop, own, and monitor critical KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights that empower product, engineering, and finance teams.
- Design, develop, and manage complex projects and large-scale transformations from end-to-end, ensuring successful execution and value realization.
- Proactively collaborate and exchange information with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leaders, to co-create deliverables and drive alignment.
- Drive organizational change by providing coaching and mentorship to junior team members, taking a personal interest in their professional growth and empowering them to succeed.
- Conduct rigorous analysis, including market sizing, competitive assessments, and business/financial modeling, to support strategic recommendations.
- Challenge the status quo curiously and positively by identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency at scale through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery).
- Robust analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills with a proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable executive-level insights.
- Proven record of leading high-impact initiatives and managing projects in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications- MBA or an advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Statistics, Economics).
- Experience in the Enterprise Technology or Cybersecurity sector.
- A collaborative team player and independent thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
