Job Summary The Team Our sales operation team members support our sales account managers and systems engineers to assist in large organization’s migrations to more cybersecurity. Sales operations work behind the scenes to make sure that our sales relationships run smoothly, enabling and empowering the teams across the world. You support the sales team by providing research, reports, and craft and support systems and processes that enable the process of sales. It’s a true partnership, one built on building the best cybersecurity solutions for each individual client.  Job Summary As a seasoned SaaS Sales GTM/operations expert, you will join a growing Sales Operations function supporting our fast-growth AI-powered cloud sales business in North America. This role is pivotal in a rapid growth phase, requiring a collaborative lead to identify and champion scalable processes for hyper-growth. You will manage sales organizational planning, forecasting cadences, and quarterly business reviews, providing key insights to improve sales performance and drive our strategic objectives.   Key Responsibilities - Serve as the focal point for North America-wide analytics, providing value-adding insights for strategic investments and managing the operational cadence of the NGS Business. - Represent the NGS business perspective in North America Sales discussions and global discussions impacting the Corte Cloud business. - Coordinate the forecasting process across all regions, instituting best practices to maximize visibility and accuracy at the product level. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies, organizational/territory design, and key operational initiatives. - Lead the planning and support for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing data-driven insights on sales performance. - Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, including reports, analytics, and dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making. - Design, document, and implement improved business processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. - Leverage AI tools and technologies to scale business processes, enhance analytics, and facilitate solutions to improve data quality. Qualifications Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field within a B2B enterprise technology company. - Fluency in using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce and Clari, as well as G-Suite and AI productivity tools. - Proficiency in SaaS applications with a demonstrated ability to identify and implement new technologies and solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.   Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in a related field. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, sales-driven environment. - Strong business acumen, with a good sense of how CRM applications can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line. - Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle urgent requests effectively. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
