Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Care Navigation Guide to join our Care Navigation.

About the role:

You will be responsible for curating relative provider lists for our members who need readily available care. This requires regular engagement with our network providers to ensure that we are providing the most optimal options to our members.

You will report into the Care Navigation Team Lead.

Work Location:

This is a remote role. You must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas. Oscar is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture and our mission.

Pay Transparency:

he set pay rate for this role is $19.00 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach providers and facilities in an effort to provide relevant, refined and impactful personalized options that address the members' specific care requests while staying within SLA and meeting access standards.
• Lean on and collaborate with RNs for support on complex cases in order to effectively route care
• Discover and communicate trends to your leadership in order to improve processes and the member experience.
• Effectively utilize all resources to navigate complex cases.
• Confirm and update provider data.
• Properly document tickets.
• Stay current on all information, updates, processes, and workflows.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with care coordination and navigation in a healthcare setting
• 1+ years of experience utilizing a Chromebook and Google Workspace

Pay Transparency:

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
