The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

Role Overview:

As Senior Director, Site Readiness, you own end-to-end delivery of new and retrofitted data centers—from site readiness through operational turnover. This role is about execution certainty at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global deployment programs for greenfield and retrofit critical facilities.
• Manage internal engineering teams, external contractors, and delivery schedules.
• Set safety, quality, and progress metrics; report to executive leadership.
• Establish standardized deployment playbooks and continuous improvement loops.
• Ensure clean handoff to operations with no latent risk.
