About the role
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Define and drive the product roadmap for Oracle's internal workforce identity experience, encompassing biometric authentication, device trust, mobile identity, bypass code management, and new hire onboarding identity flows

Serve as the single product owner for identity alignment across EES — synthesizing requirements from security, HR, legal, compliance, and business units into a coherent, prioritized roadmap

Author detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams delivering IAM features at Oracle scale

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned identity workstreams from discovery and requirements through release and post-launch measurement

Partner with the Oracle Secure Access (OSA) team and broader IAM platform owners to ensure internal identity products align with and extend the capabilities of Oracle's ZTNA, CASB, and endpoint security architecture

Lead deep-dive sessions with security architects, engineers, and compliance teams to translate security requirements into pragmatic, user-centric product solutions

Define and track KPIs for identity experience quality — including authentication success rates, bypass code utilization, new hire activation time, device trust coverage, and MFA adoption

Engage internal user segments (new hires, field employees, developers, privileged users) to surface pain points and validate product direction through structured discovery

Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress to senior stakeholders including EES leadership, CISO organization, and OCI product executives

Monitor the threat and compliance landscape — including NIST, FIDO2, Zero Trust frameworks, and emerging identity standards — to proactively evolve Oracle's internal identity posture
