The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

Role Overview:

As Senior Director, Operations, you own day-to-day execution, uptime, safety, and site performance across OCI data centers. This role is the ultimate accountable owner for operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-site operations organizations, including engineering, maintenance, security, and vendors.
• Establish SLAs, monitor compliance, and lead response to major operational incidents.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own resource planning, emergency response readiness, and capacity execution.
• Develop next-generation site and regional operations leaders.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $161,700 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
