Principal Technical Architect – ACS

What You'll Do

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for Oracle Net Suite's largest and most strategic customers.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on scalable, secure, and high-performing Net Suite solutions.
• Design and optimize enterprise integrations, customizations, and data management strategies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend long-term architectural solutions aligned with customer objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead performance assessments and scalability initiatives to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation through post-go-live optimization.
• Identify technical risks and develop practical mitigation strategies for complex enterprise deployments.
• Partner with Oracle Product Management and Engineering to stay at the forefront of new platform capabilities and advocate for customer needs.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure solution quality and adherence to architectural best practices.
• Mentor project teams and provide technical leadership across multiple customer engagements.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• At least 5 years of customer-facing consulting experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture and cloud technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience leading technical discussions with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

Technical Expertise

We're looking for experience in several of the following areas:

• Performance optimization and scalability of ERP applications (Net Suite, Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite, People Soft, or JD Edwards)
• Enterprise integration architecture and optimization
• SQL performance tuning
• Oracle Database architecture
• Data modeling and data migration strategies
• ODBC/JDBC data extraction and optimization
• SaaS and cloud-native architectures
• Load and performance testing methodologies
• ETL tools and best practices

Experience with one or more integration platforms such as:

• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Boomi
• Mule Soft
• Celigo
• Workato
• Snap Logic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

• Net Suite Suite Script development
• Suite Cloud Development Framework
• Suite Talk (SOAP and REST APIs)
• JavaScript development
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Agile delivery methodologies
• Release management practices
• End-to-end ERP business process design and optimization
