Join the Oracle Cloud Transformation & Delivery team as a Senior Principal Program Manager at our Nashville HQ. As Oracle continues its rapid growth, our team is focused on optimizing and streamlining key processes to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization.

In this high-impact role, we are seeking an experienced professional who excels in tackling the most ambiguous, high-stakes challenges across the organization. This role is purpose-built for a driver and leader who is deployed into unclear, complex situations to create structure, drive alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Oracle engineering, product, service teams, global business practices, and corporate functions to transform how we approach problems and operate.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Implementation of light weight governance models, including reporting, risk management, and decision frameworks

  • Creation and adoptions of easily consumable program playbooks, templates, and operating cadences adopted across teams

Business Outcomes

  • Acceleration or recovery of strategic initiatives tied to revenue, cost savings, customer experience, or product delivery

  • Measurable improvements in key business or operational KPIs influenced by program execution

Sustainable Change

  • Define and scale mechanisms that prevent recurrence of previously unresolved issues

  • Improved organizational capability in executing complex programs without escalation

Additional Responsibilities:

Lead or support other business transformation initiatives and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or equivalent degree
  • 10+ years in project management, program management, portfolio management, and/or business analysis
  • Experience working in a large, enterprise environment across multiple organizations
  • Proven success in mission critical business transformation, large scale process change management and/or complex process implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with generative AI capabilities, including knowledge base augmentation
  • Strong independent decision-making and sound judgment skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities concurrently
  • High degree of technical proficiency and a quick learner with new processes and technologies
