Job Description:

As a Consulting Technical Manager, you will play a key role in our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration team, driving modernization initiatives for a federal client. In this project management-focused position, you will oversee multiple concurrent migration efforts, manage schedules and reporting, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support across multiple federal OCI migration projects
  • Manage and oversee OCI project plans and schedules, identifying and resolving program conflicts
  • Assist with OCI contract processes, proactively identifying and escalating roadblocks
  • Support personnel onboarding efforts and address team member questions or issues
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for leadership
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues, particularly those impacting project schedules
  • Serve as a liaison across internal organizations—including hosting, product, engineering, testing, consulting, cutover, and change management—to ensure timely communication and effective collaboration

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with teams and clients
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
  • U.S. citizenship (per client contract requirements)
  • Eligible for appropriate government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to OCI, cloud architecture, or Healthcare IT

Additional Expectations:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours as permitted by local regulations
  • Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies, and safeguard corporate and client assets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
