• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the business unit, translating vision into actionable transformation programs that deliver measurable impact.

• Required Skills & Experience

• Program & Transformation Leadership:

8–12 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise technology environments, with a proven ability to drive transformation and deliver measurable results.

• Program Management Certification: Professional certification such as Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP required.

• Strategic Planning & Execution:

Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic roadmaps, align initiatives to business objectives, and manage interdependencies across multiple programs.

• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

Expertise in process design, workflow optimization, and tool integration to enable scale and efficiency across global operations.

• Executive Communication & Influence:

Strong executive presence with the ability to create visually compelling content, present to C-level stakeholders, and influence decisions through data-driven insights.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
