The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

Role Overview:

As Director, Property Management, you hold end-to-end accountability for OCI’s owned and leased real estate portfolio supporting mission-critical operations. This role owns asset performance, compliance, cost control, and long-term value—not day-to-day facilities engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all campus-level vendor strategy, lease administration, operating budgets, and vendor contract negotiation.
• Lead capital planning, facility improvement programs, and real-estate-driven compliance initiatives.
• Direct risk management, site-level incident coordination (property scope), and business continuity planning.
• Develop and mentor campus-level property teams; represent OCI in enterprise real estate and industry forums.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
