About the role
Description: PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE REQUIRES UP TO 75% TRAVEL.CANDIDATE MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND BE ABLE TO OBTAIN TIER 3 PUBLIC TRUST.
As a Lead Learning Leader on the federal training team, you will be responsible for leading highly complex federal learning engagements and overseeing the successful execution of enterprise-wide training strategies across multiple client sites. Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external executive stakeholders, including client leadership and C-suite partners, to achieve project and business objectives.
- Direct, mentor, and coach teams of Learning Leaders, site leads, trainers, and adoption coaches responsible for delivering successful client learning engagements and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute client learning vision, strategy, methodologies, objectives, and processes.
- Develop, manage, and execute highly complex project plans and learning strategies that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and align with contractual commitments.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and client concerns requiring leadership attention to ensure project health and delivery success.
- Oversee project financials, resource management, forecasting, and scope management, ensuring alignment to contractual obligations and revenue expectations.
- Provide strategic input into training strategy development, including delivery approaches, stakeholder engagement, curriculum planning, deployment readiness, and adoption planning across federal client engagements.
- Establish and execute measurement strategies to evaluate training effectiveness, adoption outcomes, and overall client value realization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and consulting leadership, owning accountability for all learning-related deliverables and strategic outcomes.
- Provide leadership and expertise regarding deployment and sustainment methodologies, including EHRM and federal learning strategies.
- Participate in key project milestones, governance reviews, onboarding activities, executive presentations, and Go-Live support events.
- Support organizational growth initiatives by collaborating with leadership on new business opportunities and strategic planning efforts.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Basic Qualifications:
At least 8+ years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience, including:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management, training leadership, or other client-facing leadership roles.
- At least 3 years of experience leading complex training or organizational change initiatives.
- Experience managing enterprise learning projects, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Additional higher education and/or work experience aligned with the duties of the role.
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Tier 3 Public Trust.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
- Oracle Health / Oracle Cerner EHR experience.
- Experience working within federal healthcare environments, including VA programs and EHRM initiatives.
- Experience with adult learning principles, organizational adoption strategies, and enterprise deployment methodologies.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Expectations:
- Must be willing to travel up to 75% as business needs dictate.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills while fostering a positive and healthy team environment.
- Maintain accurate project forecasting, financial tracking, and timely completion of administrative responsibilities including timesheets.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, organizational initiatives, and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
