• Monitor, track, and analyze schedule performance, proactively identifying deviations, critical path impacts, and potential risks.

• Collaborate with internal and external project teams—including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning departments—to gather schedule data and drive alignment.

• Lead schedule review meetings and workshops, providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to project teams and leadership.
