About the role

As a Physician Track Knowledge Leader, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance processes and standardize content related to the Physician Track product. You will contribute to methodology updates, support process improvement strategies, and help assess customer impacts across multiple projects and products.

Background and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BS or BA required).
  • 3–5 years of overall experience in functional or technical roles.
  • You have a deep understanding of Oracle Health Physician Track products.
  • You have successfully worked as a consultant providing domain, implementation, and workflow design for Oracle.
  • You have experience with Oracle Health methodology and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in varied and complex situations; may serve as a project lead.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with team members and customers.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and standardize workflows for the Physician Track product.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining methodology documentation and best practices.
  • Author and update employee-facing content and technical documentation to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Support the implementation and application of methodologies and tools, and help educate employees on standard recommendations.
  • Contribute expertise in workflow design, domain, and implementation approach.
  • Collaborate with consulting, Oracle Health, and third-party teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and on-budget delivery of software products.
  • Help identify priorities for content enhancements, process improvements, and assess resulting customer impacts.
  • Manage issues and incidents through standardized problem management processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
