We are seeking a Clinical Consultant to join our Health Network Cloud–based team, supporting the implementation of Oracle Health Healthe Intent solutions. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client front-end clinical workflows and advise on Oracle Health standard recommendations, guiding clients on necessary adjustments to create seamless, user-friendly experiences. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and Oracle Health Consulting, ensuring clinical intent is clearly understood and reflected in solution design. This position also involves managing complex client relationships and driving successful outcomes through clinical strategy, organizational change management, training, and the establishment and analysis of KPIs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle’s solutions.
  • Through the use of Oracle’s implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in the change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 2 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting, and/or other clinical healthcare information technology work experience
  • Health Data Intelligence Population Health Management experience
  • At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education including:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, or Healthcare

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree and/or certification in related fields
  • At least 2 years of healthcare information technology project deployment/adoption, sales, or consulting work experience

Expectations

  • Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training
  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • US Citizen
  • Achieve security clearance as needed for federal projects
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
