Manager - Post Go-live Readiness
Overview:
The Enterprise Manager leads and oversees multiple projects across diverse sites, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. This role drives cross-functional collaboration, facilitates effective communication, and monitors progress through structured reviews—delivering projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee Transition Readiness project management and scope execution.
- Manage communication and relationships between the VA and Oracle Health Readiness Team.
- Coordinate enterprise and team meetings
- Serve as final delivery owner for MPR/MPM.
- Track all Readiness timelines, risks, and deliverables for reporting and IMS updates.
- Drive Readiness PMs to implement enterprise standards at the local level.
- Lead execution of Event-Driven and Readiness Support Methodologies across VISNs.
- Collaborate with internal Engagement Management Team on deployment schedules and events.
- Support and track site-level calls, events, and readiness checklist updates.
- Manage internal tools alongside the Operations Project Manager.
- Host internal scrums to align Site Readiness counterparts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness milestones are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, EHR implementation, transition readiness, and/or post-go-live optimization.
- At least 2+ years of indirect management/leadership experience, such as leading project teams without direct reporting authority, mentoring/coaching readiness PMs, or serving as a cross-site workstream lead.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting readiness updates/status reports to internal and client stakeholders.

- PMP, CPHIMS, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt+), and/or change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
- Prior VA or large healthcare system experience.
- Stakeholder engagement and collaborative problem-solving across technical, clinical, and operational teams.
- Strong delivery management across multiple sites (timelines, risks, deliverables, reporting).
- Attention to detail and quality control for client-ready deliverables.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic environments and fostering a culture of change and adaptability.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
