Role Overview

As Data Center Vendor Lead, you will own performance, compliance, and risk management for critical suppliers supporting the Abilene data center site. This role is the single-threaded owner for vendor execution—ensuring contracts translate into reliable outcomes that protect uptime, safety, and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle activities, including selection, negotiation support, onboarding, performance management, and compliance enforcement.

  • Track vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and safety requirements; drive corrective actions and escalate systemic issues.

  • Conduct vendor risk assessments and support business continuity and contingency planning for critical services.

  • Coordinate execution across site operations, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal to ensure alignment and timely resolution.

  • Lead vendor performance reviews and provide clear, data-backed reporting to site and regional stakeholders.

  • Able to travel up to 25%

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
