About the role

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for casino operations, marketing and guest services across multiple North American locations
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and market share expansion
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies and responsible gaming initiatives
  • Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, monitor and report on financial performance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop property general managers and department heads to achieve operational objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, key partners, and host communities
  • Oversee the introduction of new products, services, and technology enhancements to improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing and loyalty teams to develop promotions and campaigns tailored to regional markets
  • Drive a culture of excellence in guest services, safety and security
  • Oversee a team of 6-7 Sales Executives

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,200 to $270,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field

-Minimum of 15 years' experience in casino sales or operations with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role

-Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site casino operations with substantial revenue responsibility

  • In-depth knowledge of North American gaming regulations and industry best practice

-Proven ability to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team development

-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

-Willingness to travel frequently across North America

Preferred Skills:

-Experience with digital gaming and property-based casino integration

-Track record of successful market expansion or new property launch
