About this Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to build out our Forward Deployed Engineering organization, driving full-cycle hiring for a team that turns research breakthroughs into real-world production systems. You’ll shape hiring strategy with business leaders, run sourcing and evaluation end-to-end, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and partner across supporting teams like HRBP, Legal, and Compensation to deliver a smooth, compliant process.
In this role you will:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for our Forward Deployed Engineering team, including sourcing, managing the recruitment process, and closing candidates.

Work directly with business leaders to understand departmental objectives and develop proactive hiring strategies that align with organizational goals.

Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and tools to attract and engage top-tier candidates.

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliance and operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Provide expert advice and support to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and employment branding.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within in-house environments at high-growth companies.

A strong track record of hiring top 1% talent.

A high level of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments—balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the globe.

A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to evolve processes to meet global hiring needs.

Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruitment tools.
