The Challenge

Managers of Engineering at One Trust play a key role in driving both strategic and technical outcomes. You will set team goals, hire and mentor engineers, and prioritize projects, while staying hands-on with technology.

Your Mission

Drive strategic planning and execution for your team

Build and deliver scalable, high-quality products

Develop new concepts from initial design through to market release

Contribute to technologies that strengthen One Trust’s long-term position

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end development activities

Monitor system reliability and performance, and drive improvements

Ensure security and compliance standards are met

Define project requirements, goals, and timelines

Design strategies aligned with business objectives and resources

Implement innovative technologies and solutions

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team

Ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality

Identify opportunities to improve development processes

Build and support onboarding and mentoring programs

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

8+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade software

Experience in development, operations, troubleshooting, and team management

Understanding of working in a DevOps environment

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage stakeholders and handle conflicts effectively

Experience in system design and architecture, especially for distributed systems

Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and programming

Solid understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle
