Provide administrative assistance to the maintenance shop including parts procurement and inventory control.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with parts procurement and inventory control
- Maintain fuel records and complete paperwork
- Assist with warranty issues
- Complete data entry into the computer system
- Assist with monitoring the paperless environment including bar coding
- Assist with answering telephones and assisting customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Job Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 1 year of office and/or operations experience, preferably in the transportation industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with AS400 and SAP preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
Working Days:
Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,
Working Shift:
AM
