About the role

Job Duties:

  • Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting :

Perform daily monitoring, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

  • Process Stability & Optimization :

Maintain stable process parameters and ensure equipment performance meets production requirements. Optimize machine settings to improve marking quality, Trim&Form accuracy, cycle time, and machine reliability.

  • Quality Control & Compliance :

Ensure product quality is maintained through proper alignment, tooling condition, and machine calibration. Support investigations related to yield and quality problems.

  • Tooling & Spare Part Management :

Manage availability and condition of tooling, laser components. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, refurbishments, and new tooling qualification.

  • New Equipment & Technology Support :

Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment or upgrade. Evaluate new tooling and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

  • Documentation & Reporting :

Prepare and maintain documentation including PM/CM reports, troubleshooting, and engineering CMT. Create Maintenance Standard Work (MSW), and training material for operators and technicians.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration :

Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Process Engineer teams for daily issue resolution. Support improvement projects such as productivity enhancement, cost reduction.

  • Safety :

Ensure compliance with safety, and operating procedures.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronic, Mechanical engineering or related field (work experience)
  • 4-5 Years experience in Semiconductor industry. Hand-on experience in Laer-Mark and TRIM and FORM processes.
  • Proficient in process validation methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong skills in SPC tools, Cpk analysis, and DoE techniques.
  • Effective communication both Thai and English and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with project management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
