Summary: We are looking for a Team Lead with a strong background in Identity and Access Management with a good understanding of LDAP and Python coding. The AM team has designed and built a completely automated self-service Access Management solution for the R&D IT Design Environment of NXP. It allows HW/chip design project teams to manage access to their design data, such that HW design engineers can work together in R&D projects on the next invention of NXP.
The solution integrates tools and platforms like OUD LDAP, Sail Point IIQ, Saviynt, load-balancers, Splunk, and Service Now. It also integrates a home-brew component built with Python and Flask. The teams take end-to-end responsibility for their services and run them in a true agile mindset. They build it. They run it.
Job qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Working for 10 years in a similar role team lead role with overall IT experience of 15 years
- Extensive knowledge and experience with IAM and Linux OS (preferably RHEL)
- Hands on experience with LDAP directory services and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools
- Ability to develop Python-based automation to support IAM processes, integrations, and operational efficiency
- Valuing the importance of working together with others to be successful as a team and part of a larger organization
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead of the R&D Access Management team, you will lead the development and improvement of the R&D Access Management platform. You will have ample opportunities to express your creativity and work with others to accomplish your objectives.
- You will lead the AM Team by setting priorities for development and assisting the team by refining and accepting user stories.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of access requests, role assignments, onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews.
- Oversee privileged access management processes, including break glass procedures and elevated access workflows.
- You will represent the business (R&D) towards the team, and answer team questions on the customer's behalf.
- You will be creating the roadmap for the Access Management services.
- Manage the priority escalations on our service.
- Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders in the organization.
