- Manage and measure KPIs of ATKL Expansion projects.
- Manage project timeline and spend profile
- Manage capex budget of ATKL Expansion with Finance team and PO requestors
- Manage Qual progress with ATKL Assembly and Test team
- On site inspection with Project Management Contractors
- Track and manage contract, PO and delivery with Procurement and requestors
- Strategy and Bridge engineering supporting Assembly and Test operation by linking all organizations and phases of new product and technology development.
- Help support development and implementation of new tools and processes where applicable.
- Support new system development and implementation (linking AT with Product and Technology Enablement)
- Support tactical and sustaining engineering team on providing solutions and resolution across organizations.
Qualifications:
- BSc or greater in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related subject
- Have strong knowledge and experience in project management, green/brown field project development and implementation, continuous improvement, business or operation optimization.
- Technical degree with 10 years of experience
- Training where applicable, will be provided to build knowledge across disciplines and organizations (ex. project management)
- Ability to lead, influence and drive a diverse team in both skills and functions.
- Be very structured and methodical on developing and meeting plans and schedules
- High capacity to effectively handle multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity
- Comfortable with Database programs, Microsoft Office and related systems
- Ability to articulate the complex requirements into simple tasks and roadmaps.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment and business conditions.
- Ability to persevere and motivate teams with realistic, yet aggressive schedules and goals.
- Attention to detail and documentation.
