The SoC & NPI Program Manager is responsible for driving end‑to‑end program execution for SoC development and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring timely delivery, cross‑functional alignment, and disciplined execution across the full product lifecycle.

This role operates in a matrix organization and partners closely with SoC design, IP teams, Validation, Package, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and external stakeholders to manage complex dependencies, risks, and decision flows. The Program Manager does not own technical design deliverables, but is accountable for program planning, execution governance, escalation, and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Background as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or NPI PM in semiconductor or related industries.
  • Strong experience in SoC, semiconductor, or complex hardware/software development programs**.**
  • Proven track record managing cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder programs in a matrix organization.
  • Solid understanding of SoC development lifecycle and NPI processes.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and influence‑without‑authority skills.
  • Ability to structure ambiguity, drive alignment, and manage execution under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SoC tape‑out and NPI milestones.
  • Familiarity with SoC program execution dependencies.
  • Experience working with global teams across regions.
