Role Summary:

We are looking for a Junior NPI Engineer to join the Product SCE dynamic team with global working environments.PE SCE, we provide the hand over new products to the manufacturing / sustaining team. We are working with the manufacturing team to ensure production run smoothly during the safe launch phase. Plus, You will meet globally talented people with a great teamwork mindset and work in the defined standard process

Job Responsibility:

• Work with both NPI and manufacturing team for qualification readiness.
• Provide test data analysis for qualification samples.
• Work with NPI team to find root cause in case qualification result is not as expected.
• Work with manufacturing team for production readiness.
• Provide test data analysis and ensure quality for first production samples.
• Transfer product knowledge and information to manufacturing team.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering or equivalent experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with ability to work across functional teams, sites, and cultures.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills to adapt to newer technologies and knowledges.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
