Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and IT best practices.​

Key Responsibilities​

• Map current vs. future-state processes for NPI (product registration, approval, risk assessment, ...) and Manufacturing/Product Engineering.​

• Identify gaps and propose improvements to streamline workflows and deliver engineering productivity improvements.​

• Define integration points across key systems (ERP, PLM, MES, EI, and engineering applications/platforms).​

• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between platforms.​

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements.​

• Translate requirements into process flows and technology solutions leveraging AI and automation.​

• Ensure all processes meet regulatory standards and internal governance policies.​

• Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compliance checks.​

Work Profile​

• Strong expertise in business process re-engineering

• At least 10 years of experience in NPI or Engineering processes and 5 years of management role.​

• Proficient in tools for workflow design, master data management, and integration architecture.​

• Experience working across cross-functional teams (NPI, Assembly & Test Operations, Test Engineering, Package Innovation).​

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.​

• Familiarity with AI technologies and automation solutions..​

• Fluent with data analytics, advanced statistics​

• Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
