About the role
Business Development for Ser Des (Serializer/Deserializer)Networking Solutions Responsibilities:

Being responsible for defining OEM and Tier 1 strategies in the Ser Des Networking Solution especially ADAS and Infotainment architectures

Identify and establish collaboration projects at OEM’s and Tier1’s and drive those self-contained to the DWIN
-
Understand the related visionary product requirements and align product definition
-
Setting up business relationships up to senior management level at OEM/Tier1 to actively promote strengths of NXP products together with the relevant OEM/1st Tier account manager

This involves also close cooperation and communication with NXP’s Sales, application engineering teams as well as internally in the product line etc.
Your Profile:
-
Electrical engineering degree or similar

Strong technical knowledge about semiconductor products, in particular in the Automotive Ser Des and Ethernet and vehicle electronic architecture

Experience with OEM & Tier 1 semiconductor collaboration projects, being able to drive visionary ideas

Open mindset for new technology trends (ADAS, EV, vehicle architectures, software trends….) being able to adapt these

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in automotive semiconductors

Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
-
Strong analytical skills to extract key customer requirements and to identify appropriate solutions

High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation and networking ability are requested for this position

Accountability and autonomy are required for this job

Willing to travel within the Region
