NVIDIA (Mellanox Networking Business Unit) is looking for a forward-thinking, focused, analytical and motivated Program manager to join the Sourcing Team. As part of the Sourcing team you’ll be in charge of 2nd source activities on various Network products. NVIDIA Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end NVLINK, Infini Band and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables and software to support networking technologies. Our products optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability. In addition, we serve a wide range of sectors including high performance computing, enterprise, data centers, cloud computing, big data and Web 2.0. We are constantly reinventing ourselves to stay ahead of the market and bring groundbreaking products and services to the industry.
What you'll be doing:

Develop and execute component 2nd source strategy from NPI to MP stage

Lead all activities to achieve 2nd source goals and target timeline to ensure robust supply chain and optimal cost
-
Collaborate with component suppliers, CMs and NVIDIA internal teams (R&D, Operations and Finance) to ensure the project’s key deliverables are met

Analyze suppliers landscape including components, CM's spaces to identify a potential alternative solution in the industry.
What we need to see:
-
BSc in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Electrical engineering

5+ years experience in managing multi function activities as Program manager and proven track record managing sourcing activities in semiconductors industry

Results driven and is able to lead multiple projects to meet projects’ goals.

High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative, intensive and dynamic environment
-
Excellent communication and influencing skills dealing with suppliers and internal cross functional teams
-
Languages: English

Excellent writing and verbal skills
