Join a fast-paced, high-impact team central to our global data center operations, where infrastructure reliability and efficiency are key. As a member of our Infrastructure Operations team, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials powering one of the top tier digital platforms worldwide. Serving as the main point of contact for materials management, you will help build how we handle positioning materials within data center fleet. If you excel in roles where problem solving and teamwork intersect, this position offers the chance to create a measurable impact daily. You will provide guidance to our warehouse partners, aligning them to our business needs, as well as lead all aspects of site logistics teams supporting the data center environments.
What you'll be doing:

Leading and developing existing inventory and materials management staff, ensuring consistent training, compliance to standardized processes, tools, and reporting across regions and driving continuous improvement.

Material planning to support existing infrastructure, including Grace Blackwell and Vera Rubin product lines.

Strategically position and size materials across infrastructure, including monitoring consumption, supply chain variability, material changes, and inventory accuracy.

Ensuring robust media security, chain-of-custody, for hardware movements.
What we need to see:

4+ years of management experience with proven ability leading materials management teams within technology facility environments (or a closely related large-scale critical infrastructure)

10+ overall years of experience in data center infrastructure or manufacturing
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience

Proven success leading materials management team and navigating complex problems with creative solutions.

Deep experience in large-scale environments with strong controls and compliance in the field.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
