We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead a team driving our enterprise strategy, architecture, and execution across collaboration, SaaS Apps - across Gen AI, and work management platforms. The Senior Manager, Collaboration, SaaS Apps & Governance is a critical leadership position required to own the execution, talent development, and enterprise strategy for our most vital collaboration and Generative AI (Gen AI) platforms, including Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, Gemini, and other AI-native tools. This role is essential for driving large-scale transformation, ensuring platform adoption, and establishing the governance frameworks necessary for secure, scalable AI integration across the company. This role requires blend of talent management, SaaS governance, operational rigor and customer empathy.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead and scale a high-performing team owning enterprise SaaS platforms for collaboration, Gen AI, and work management (Slack, Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Gemini, Perplexity, OpenAI, etc.). Drive enterprise strategy, architecture, and multi‑year roadmaps in partnership with IT, Security, AI, and business leaders.

Define unified workflows, governance, and automation frameworks for onboarding, identity management, data protection, and license optimization, improving efficiency, reliability, and compliance at scale.

Lead all aspects of end‑to‑end platform and integration architecture, embedding automated workflows (summarization, knowledge retrieval, task automation) across collaboration ecosystems.

Act as enterprise product and platform owner—set vision, align strategy, and use data and metrics to guide investments, measure business impact, and drive adoption.

Lead transformation from legacy to cloud and AI‑native platforms while developing top talent, fostering innovation, and ensuring global alignment and operational excellence.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

12+ overall years in enterprise IT, product management, and business systems, with deep experience in collaboration, SaaS, and work management platforms at global scale.

4+ years leading senior ICs across multiple projects, hiring and developing top talent while driving clarity, efficiency, and delivery excellence.

Demonstrable ability to build strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for cloud platforms integrating with Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Gen AI tools.

Expertise in identity, security, and data governance (SSO, access, DLP, compliance) for enterprise collaboration and AI environments.

Strong business and product competence; translate complex needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes using data-driven insights and important metrics.

Outstanding communicator and influencer, skilled at aligning global collaborators, simplifying complexity, and driving cross-organizational results.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Led enterprise transformation from fragmented tools to a unified, cloud-based collaboration stack (Slack, Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace), including building and rollout of workflows using intelligent technology for summarization, knowledge retrieval, and task automation.

Built and operated a Collaboration/Gen AI Center of Excellence, establishing governance, standards, and reusable patterns while overseeing global SaaS operations and SLOs in partnership with SRE/ops teams.

Developed organizational leadership by coaching tech leads and BSAs into management roles and building a strong leadership bench.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
