Senior IC System Level Test Product Lead at NVIDIA
About the role
NVIDIA Networking business unit, IC silicon product engineering department is looking for a hardworking multi-disciplinary engineer to join a highly skilled existing team in bringing up new high end company products, defining its validation coverage or test plan, constructing and monitoring their own workplan and reaching a target of high Quality IC screening for production on a system level platform.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to define, plan, manage, implement and conduct all the product's System Level activities on the most advanced, cutting edge technology network adapters, switches and Interconnect while combining project management skills to monitor progress and matrix management of other teams and peers for the same cause - high quality company chips. This position location is in Yokneam. Our team enjoys a hybrid and flexible schedule — you'll be in the office 2–3 days a week under normal circumstances, with additional on-site days during peak activity periods. What you’ll be doing:

Work with cross-functional teams across multi global sites
-
Arch, Marketing, Operations, HW, FW, SW, Data and more to identify the needed product coverage and requirements

Develop test plans, kick off the product from system level side with all stakeholders, define the right HW setup and make these test plans run while using existing test framework
-
Defining quality indicators/dashboard and analyze test results
-
Manage the transition of the product from engineering to mass production
-
Drive ownership of improving the company's products quality and time to market
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer/software science/engineering, electrical engineering
-
8+ years of proven experience in engineering/technical program management (EPM)
-
Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and leading projects end-to-end, with high motivation and define the right priority per task or project
-
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
-
Team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities
-
Proven experience with testing/QA methodologies and testing tools
-
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with great atmosphere and teamwork
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Proven experience with Silicon (pre/post) validation
-
Scripting experience in python or similar
-
Familiarity with Unix/Linux OS operating systems

Prior experience in completing qualification test plans, including test plan preparations, testing, summary documentation and reports

Ability to look at the details on one hand and to see the bigger picture on the other hand.
