The mission of our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is to provide thought-provoking conversations and opportunities to connect globally with the top tier innovators and talent in GPU-ignited modern AI—the next era of computing. The EBC Team crafts unparalleled end-to-end customer experiences and demos customized to the goals and business objectives of our guests.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you will be doing:

Engage and partner with NVIDIA Sales Account
-
Coordinate briefings, including scheduling and securing presenters
-
Ensure any pre-meeting arrangements, procurement and planning is on track
-
Prepare meeting rooms (in-person or virtual) for scheduled meetings
-
Publish agenda and surveys as the need arises for each meeting
-
Greet and direct customers and speakers to assigned conference room
-
Lead meeting requests via Briefing Source
-
Act as the point of contact for our guests and be responsible for ensuring their experience is detailed from start to finish.

Order catering and gifts for meetings
-
Coordinate customer badging and parking logistics.
-
Provide activity reporting and input into leadership teams.

Engage with EBC Team at NVIDIA HQ
What we need to see:
-
Possesses proficiency in spoken and written English and German.
-
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
-
3+ years working n a similar role.
-
Crucial understanding of AI technology and NVIDIA solutions
-
Experience in engaging with customers, executives, and VIPs
-
Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company
-
Excellent organization, planning, and time leadership skills
-
Detail oriented, creative problem-solver
-
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-
Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Proficient with Office, Teams, On24, Coupa, Briefing Source and Sales Force.

Experience in digital, virtual & hybrid meeting and events planning

Working Proficiency in German and English
