招聘
We are looking for a highly motivated Inventory Control Planner to strengthen inventory accuracy, system integrity, and digital execution across our Contract Manufacturers. This role plays a critical part in protecting production continuity, on-time delivery (OTD), and financial health by ensuring that system records accurately reflect physical inventory reality across consigned materials, SFG, and FG. In this role, you will work closely with CMs, Operations, Global Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive world‑class inventory control while actively leveraging data, automation, and AI tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and scalability of inventory management processes.
What you’ll be doing:
-
Own end‑to‑end inventory accuracy for consigned materials, SFG, FG, and bone‑pile inventory across assigned CMs, ensuring compliance with NVIDIA policies, audits, and SOX requirements.
-
Lead regular book‑to‑book (B2B) reconciliation between NVIDIA SAP and CM ERP systems, driving root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for inventory variances.
-
Act as the primary owner of EDI/B2B interfaces, monitoring GR/GI, consumption, and adjustment transactions, and resolving data mismatches related to timing, execution, or master data issues.
-
Partner with IT, CEM, and internal stakeholders to stabilize, standardize, and continuously improve B2B data flows and system integration.
-
Own bone‑pile governance, including tracking, aging, reconciliation, disposition, and system cleanup, while reducing ADSI and financial write‑off risk through proactive execution.
-
Serve as SAP key user for inventory processes, supporting goods receipt, issue, transfers, adjustments, UAT, system enhancements, and training for internal users and CM partners.
-
Drive digitalization and AI‑enabled analytics (dashboards, RPA, exception detection, reconciliation automation) to improve inventory accuracy, B2B health, and operational efficiency.
-
Proactively identify inventory and execution risks impacting production, OTD, and financial exposure, and lead continuous improvement initiatives supported by clear KPIs and metrics.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or factory planning.
-
Strong hands‑on experience as a SAP inventory key user.
-
Solid understanding of book‑to‑book reconciliation and EDI (B2B) processes with CMs.
-
Experience working with contract manufacturers in electronics manufacturing.
-
Experience leveraging data, automation, or emerging digital tools (including AI‑enabled solutions) to improve work efficiency, accuracy, or decision‑making.
-
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
-
Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with global teams.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Demonstrated hands‑on practice using AI or automation to boost personal or team productivity
-
Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, RPA, or AI‑driven analytics tools
-
Strong passion for operational excellence and digital transformation
-
Self‑motivated, fast learner, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
-
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑through and ownership mindset
