NVIDIA is searching for a Senior Manager, U.S. Import Compliance, to join our growing, worldwide Global Trade Compliance team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end strategic and operational execution of our U.S. Import program. In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will oversee NVIDIA’s import strategy, navigating a volatile regulatory landscape to ensure seamless global operations.
What you will be doing:

You will lead a high-performing team of U.S. Import professionals and provide oversight of all U.S. import clearance activities, including:
-
HTS classification and Customs Valuation
-
U.S. Mexico Canada Free Trade Agreement and Partner Government Agency: oversee qualification for free trade agreements and ensuring compliance with PGA requirements
-
ADD/CVD & Prototypes: direct rigorous reviews for anti-dumping/countervailing duties and manage specialized requirements for prototype imports.

Strategic Advisory & Regulatory Leadership

Proactively navigate dynamic and changing CBP regulations and act as a strategic leader and advisor to senior management on impacts to NVIDIA.

Assess trade risk and advise business and senior management on mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and implement U.S. import strategies that align with NVIDIA’S business objectives and support global operations.

Provide actionable intelligence to prevent business disruption.

Operational Oversight
-
U.S. Reconciliation Program: direct the program in integrated partnership with Tax and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and duty payments.

Broker Management: establish and maintain high standards and accountability for customs brokers
-
Supply Chain Security: lead initiatives related to C-TPAT and other industry-standard security practices to safeguard the integrity of the global supply chain.

Post-Entry Review: implement a sophisticated, risk-based post-entry audit program to identify and remediate compliance gaps.

Valuation Defense: review and maintain the internal controls necessary to support and defend NVIDIA’s valuation methodologies to CBP.

Cross-Functional Collaboration. This role will require you to bridge the gap between technical trade requirements and business objectives. You will work closely with teams including Tax, Finance, Operations and Engineering, as well as outside counsel.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, supply chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).

12+ overall years experience, including 6+ years of dedicated experience in a corporate role managing a U.S. Import team and program; semiconductor/tech industry is a plus.

Deep expertise in valuation, classification, USMCA, ADD/CVD and U.S. reconciliation program.

Ability to stay current with CBP regulatory changes and assess impact on NVIDIA in a fast-paced environment.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
