NVIDIA Networking is looking for a Clusters‘ Operations Engineer that will coordinate the operations and processes associated with building clusters and super-computers in Israel. The engineer will tightly work with each Cluster Project Manager as well as with internal cross-functional team members to procure the needed Bill Of Material (BOM) for building the most advanced Clusters and Super Computers in Israel.
What you'll be doing:

Lead the development, implementation, and automation of reports and information systems to drive operational efficiency and provide clear, accurate data visibility.

Work tightly with Cluster’s Project Managers to understand Projects objective, scope, timeline and needed BOM
-
Initiating internal and external procurement orders for material needed
-
Tracking, monitoring, prioritizing and expediting arrival of material to meet project build timelines.

Working with multiple company interfaces including Manufacturing, Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Engineering, Finance, etc.

Summarize and report status, along with any help needed, to the Cluster’s Project Managers.
What we need to see:

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent
-
Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience in a student position (preferably in operations, project coordination, or information systems)

Strong hands-on experience in development and implementation within Information Systems and Automation teams
-
Familiar with project management methodologies and tools.

Personal skills: Responsible, pro-active, teammate, independent, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
