Join NVIDIA and help redefine the future of robotics and physical AI! Our three-computer setup supports the entire robot lifecycle: training, simulation, and on-robot inference. It combines compact Jetson modules with a comprehensive software stack for advanced AI and computer vision workloads. We seek a dynamic, seasoned sales expert to boost platform adoption in the NALA region as our new Regional Embedded Sales Manager in Santa Clara, CA.
What you'll be doing:
You will lead demand generation, pipeline oversight, and sales operations for robotics and edge AI working with distributors, VARs, and specific end customers.

You will manage distributor sales and FAE teams on our robotics (Jetson, IGX, Isaac, Metropolis) by providing training and joint account planning.

Maintain executive and working-level relationships with various OEMs, startups, and systems integrators across key edge AI verticals.

Discover and develop new business opportunities in growing markets for edge AI workloads.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years in technical sales, business development, or account management, with strong distribution/channel experience.

Extensive experience working in a team of business development, solution engineers, and marketing to align on major accounts while being self-motivated to develop emerging accounts.

Proficiency using AI tools to improve sales coverage, communication, and data organization.
-
Demonstrated history of meeting sales goals in intricate hardware and software environments.
-
Strong grasp of robotics and edge AI platforms, capable of conveying technical value to executives and engineering teams.
-
Excellent communication skills and executive presence, engaging comfortably with senior executives, engineering, and purchasing teams.

Ability to travel as needed (about 20%).
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Deep understanding of modern AI deployment, robotics workflows, and digital simulation.

Experience in distributing high-value hardware and software products.

Experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar technical sales role within robotics or AI.

Strong executive presence and history of driving adoption of new technologies.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3, and 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
