We are now looking for an Industrial Engineer in the NVIDIA Industrial Engineering team! The team is responsible for Capital expenses, cycle time and process improvement across all business units. Your major focus will team up with our Operations processing teams to enhance supply chain performance. We are looking to hire a creative, analytical, and hands-on staff level Industrial engineer to enable scalability and growth of NVIDIA Operations. You will be a key cross-functional lead collaborating with our Manufacturing suppliers and teams across NVIDIA Operations, our contract manufactures, Supply Chain management, Engineering, Finance and the Business/Marketing teams.
What You'll Be Doing:

Work closely with engineering managers, hardware/test/manufacturing engineers, supply chain planners and our suppliers to develop optimized automation, cycle time, and workflow.

Work independently with minimum supervision across a broad spectrum of engineering organizations to capture raw data and structure it into system process flows

Optimally operate throughout the management chain and across all vertical business units to prepare and supervise performance against operational objectives

Implement & drive key critical Cycle time improvements, automation efforts and process changes across multi-functional teams

Drive factual analysis to highlight business profitability and opportunities for earnings improvement.

Work with our Contract manufacturers to drive automation improvements in manufacturing operations.

Develop algorithms and models for supply chain optimization and manufacturing planning.

Time-series forecasting and supply optimization
What We Need To See:
-
Ability to communicate in a pan pacific environment with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrated ability to optimally guide and influence within a multifaceted matrixed environment
-
Validated leadership skills, discernment, and ability to lead and operate at both a process center level and overall total system level
-
BS or MS in Engineering, Industrial engineering or MBA, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor and/or PCBA board systems, Data Center manufacturing, and related engineering environments.

Hands-on experience in working in either Semi-Conductor or data center manufacturing environments.

Experience working with manufacturing shop floor control and business system’s a plus.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Strong history of success in similar environments with experience in semiconductor or data center products environment

Use of discrete modeling and other process modeling tools

Experience with Smart Sheets, Visio and Anaplan

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 172,500 USD for Level 3, and 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
