NVIDIA is seeking a Manager to lead Networking System Security Architecture team. You will lead a team of senior security architects responsible for designing, validating, and guiding the secure architecture of our core networking and data center products. The role requires balancing technical guidance with strategic leadership to manage risk, threats, and vulnerabilities across NVIDIA’s Networking products.
What you'll be doing:

Lead a team of System Security Architects and provide technical guidance.

Own the security requirements and roadmaps for NVIDIA networking systems across multiple product lines.

Drive the planning, scheduling, and execution of security architecture and operations.
-
Collaborate across multiple organizations to ensure a secure product posture in HW, FW, and SW.
-
Translate customer needs and business directives into architectural and strategic technical directions.
-
Act as a domain expert in hyperscale system security, embedded systems, Root of Trust (ROT), and network security.

Collaborate with internal and external customers regarding system security architecture roadmap and requirements.
What we need to see:
-
B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

3+ years of managerial experience and 8+ overall years of relevant professional experience.

Deep experience in system-level security components and end-to-end flows (HW, FW, and SW).

Detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.

Proven success track record in managing system level architecture and engineering teams in highly dynamic environments

Experience in technical customer-facing roles discussing security architecture
-
Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving architectural solutions from ideation to product.

Experience securing AI systems or using AI tools.
