Senior Developer Relations Manager at NVIDIA
About the role
At NVIDIA, we’re solving the world’s most ambitious problems with our groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Visualization. We are looking for a Developer Relations Manager to work with China industrial/research community to integrate our portfolio of GPU Accelerated Computing solutions i.e. AI for difference sciences domains, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, specifically Generative AI & Agentic AI, and to build comprehensive multi-cloud, hybrid and on-prem solutions. We need a passionate, focused, self-driven and creative technologist who has the skills and strive to work in a fast-evolving technological environment that is always on the cutting edge of AI and Accelerating Computing. This individual is motivated, skilled in communication and teamwork, stays organized, and prioritizes achieving goals.
Roles will include being a technical business development and accelerated computing platform evangelist to researcher and developer communities. This includes understanding the community requirements, analyzing the technical requests, integrating new or expanding existing solutions, co-architecting and advising on repeatable solutions, jointly scope project requirements for AI4S, GAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, and understand integrations with the ecosystem, and private/hybrid platforms, etc. Specially, this opening position is for AI Storage developer community support.
What you'll be doing:

Understand China researcher and developer communities, Analyzing the technical requirement, identify needle moving projects.

Bridge NVIDIA tools with communities' requirements, Promote NVIDIA tools, libraries, and SDK’s with China researcher and developer communities, ISV and Service Providers.

Deeply understand AI Storage software ecosystem (Cluster FS+RDMA+GPUDirect for large scale AI training and inference; AI data acceleration & management tools-KV Cache, Fusion DB, Agentic AI context management; Cloud-native storage orchestration and unstructured data lakes) and related acceleration and AI approaches.

Discover new workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and report back to the product teams.

Drive early adoption of new products and support launch and go-to-market activities.

Collaborate with NVIDIA business development managers, solution architects, developer technology engineers, developer marketing, product teams to engage with customers and communities.

We make heavy use of conferencing tools, but some travel is required. You are empowered to find the best way to get your job done and make our partners successful.
What we need to see:

BS, MS, PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of work-related experience (AI storage) in technical leadership role and architecting GPU accelerated computing solutions.

Deep understanding of accelerated computing, AI for science, Agentic AI, physical AI and LLM ecosystem of startups, ISVs, data stores, CSP services, and SaaS/platform offers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with deep empathy for developers.

Clear written and oral communication skills with proven track record to articulate value propositions to executive and technical audiences.

Strong project management skills: ability to plan, prioritize, and drive forward multiple projects simultaneously, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Passionate about AI and its evolving growth with continuous learning spirit, self-started and driven on focused outcome oriented activities
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Strong AI storage technical background.

Extensive knowledge and experience with recent advancements in high-performance distributed file systems, unified object/file/block storage, AI data acceleration & management tools, and cloud-native storage orchestration, optimized for large-scale model training/inference, GPU cluster I/O, and unstructured data lakes.

Experience developing CUDA, operations research, AI4S models, robotics research, AI with database research, ML/DL frameworks.

Background with community managements, OSS community, academic alliance, acceleration computing development, LLM training/inference development, robotics, APIs and Microservices, orchestration platforms, database solutions and data migration techniques.

Experience and empathy for software engineering and application development.
