What you’ll be doing:

• Help to define and manage revolutionary processes to plan and build complex GPU chips and boards.

• Help to ensure perfect execution by driving readiness at both our chip packaging and board manufacturing suppliers.

• Lead a cross functional team to monitor readiness, manage execution, identify gaps and close them as quickly as possible.

• Suggest process improvements, work to get cross-functional alignment for your suggestions and document the revised processes to help the entire team become more efficient

What we need to see:

• A minimum of 8 years Program Management experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor's Degree required, and Technical major strongly preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently is important.

• Previous experience managing Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAS) a plus. Previous experience managing Silicon manufacturing and/or advanced silicon packaging (e.g. Co WosS) a plus.
