Senior Learning and Organizational Development Specialist at NVIDIA
About the role
We are searching for a goal-focused Learning & Organizational Development professional capable of creating and rolling out full-cycle Learning & Organizational Development initiatives. This role is focused on supporting employees and teams in Israel, while collaborating with global partners and driving alignment and engagement across a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who has a consistent record of designing and delivering impactful learning & Organizational Development experiences for a large, global, and matrixed environment. This role requires strong end-to-end operational ownership of Learning & Organizational Development initiatives, with the ability to turn ideas into scalable execution.
What you'll be doing:

Identify learning and organizational development needs, translate them into clear programs and solutions, and help shape scalable learning strategies based on business priorities

Serve as a program/project manager for workshops and multiple learning and organizational development initiatives, as part of the regional team, ensuring end-to-end execution and alignment

Actively explore and incorporate new technologies, including AI-based solutions, into learning and organizational development initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation in program design and delivery

Drive end-to-end operational execution of organizational development and learning initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery, timelines, and partner alignment
-
Collect and analyze feedback, consolidate, and suggest improvements

Collaborate with local and global business partners, subject matter experts, and HRBPs to develop learning content that exemplifies NVIDIA culture

Experience facilitating workshops for diverse groups, with the ability to deliver clear and impactful messages, engage audiences, and design tailored, relevant content

Strong ability to influence, align, and drive initiatives forward across teams without direct authority
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resources-related field; master's degree is a plus

5+ years’ experience in an organizational development and learning position
-
Hands-on experience leading projects involving new technologies, including the adoption and implementation of AI tools, to enhance learning and organizational effectiveness

Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training content, guides, and course materials

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, identify, coordinate, and track critical activities, achievements, and deliverables

Strong ability to convey messages clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, adapting communication style to context and stakeholder needs

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks
-
Ability to operate with an optimistic, can-do attitude, proactively driving progress and solutions in a dynamic and matrixed environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native-level) and Hebrew, including clear, professional, and well-articulated Hebrew
